We provide health assessment for all ages, as well as childhood immunisations and minor surgical procedures.

Health and lifestyle management

One of our specialties is chronic illness management, and we also help people with their diet and weight management for a better lifestyle.

Complementary medicine and services

In addition to general medicine, we work with other health fields to provide a cohesive care plan for not just your recovery, but also for a better life.

Appointments

Appointments are necessary for all consultations, referral letters, results and repeat prescriptions, except for emergencies. Standard consultations last up to 15 minutes. If you need more time with your doctor, please arrange an extended consultation when booking.

At times, you may experience a waiting period due to doctors tending to emergencies or complex medical issues. We apologise for any inconvenience. Our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay.

We can also organise an interpreter service for you if required, please inform us prior to your appointment.

To make an appointment, please ring the Centre at (08) 8367 8228.

Please note that a fee will occur for missed appointments, and we ask that you inform us at least 24 hours beforehand if you cannot make it to your appointment.

COVID-19 notice

We at COL advise and encourage our patients to not neglect their general health and well-being during the corona-virus pandemic and to continue seeing their doctor for their existing conditions and for regular health maintenance, which can be done either face to face or via Telehealth. We are encouraging those patients who may feel at risk coming into the Centre to book a telephone appointment, which our receptionist will make for you and explain the billing process.

At the time of making an appointment, our receptionist will be asking you all the appropriate questions as instructed from SA Health.

Our allied health clinicians are also happy to still continue face to face consults or phone/video consultations.

Please do not attend the clinic if you have any of the following symptoms:

Fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath

You will need to attend an official COVID-19 testing clinic as suggested by SA Health

OR

if you have returned from overseas/interstate within the last 14 days or have come into contact with someone suspected of having COVID-19, please do not come into the Centre as you will need to self isolate for 14 days.

Please visit SAHEALTH.GOV.AU for the the latest community information which use trusted sources.
