Commitment to professional development
Our team is dedicated to staying at the forefront of health care through ongoing professional development. Each of our practitioners actively participates in Clinical Professional Development (CPD) programs, including advanced health care training, certifications, and continuing education activities and personal study. While keeping their skills up to date, this also fulfills the requirements for registration by AHPRA.
Meet our practitioners
Dr Wai-Sze Wong
English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Dr Wai-Sze Wong has worked in the field of Paediatrics for many years prior to working in General Practice for over 20 years. She has a particular interest in child health, nutrition and lifestyle medicine, chronic illness and weight management.
Dr Wong is passionate about educating the community on health-related issues — from stress management to relationships, and also nutrition and wellbeing. As a GP, she places firm emphasis on a balanced approach to living. Her vision in providing primary health care with a holistic approach saw her own private practice come to reality in May, 2008.
At her Choice of Living Health Centre, Dr Wong values the input from other health modalities as a valuable and worthwhile addition to the management of her patients. She is also passionate about community education and often runs weight loss programs and topical health seminars at the Centre.
Dr Kathy Wallace

Dr. Kathy Wallace is a conventionally trained General Practitioner with a strong interest in integrative medicine. Based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia, Dr. Wallace brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her practice. Her career also includes nine years of service as a medical officer in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).
Dr. Wallace’s passion for natural and integrative medicine drives her to explore her patients’ genetic ancestry to uncover potential strengths and inherent susceptibilities. She places significant emphasis on preventative medicine, striving to achieve the best outcomes for her patients by addressing the intersection of genetics, environment, and diet—factors where targeted interventions can make a meaningful difference.
Her areas of special interest include breast cancer prevention, women’s and men’s health, and a broad spectrum of general practice concerns. Dr. Wallace is deeply committed to helping her patients achieve optimal health through a thoughtful and personalized approach to care.
Dr Yng Jau Or
English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hokkien
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr. Yng Or graduated from James Cook University Medical School in Queensland in 2017. He completed his internship and RMO years in Brisbane, gaining valuable experience in paediatrics and psychiatry. Dr. Or returned to South Australia to complete his RACGP training in 2023. He enjoys the broad scope of General Practice, particularly the opportunity to build lasting relationships with his patients. His clinical interests include Skin Cancer Medicine, paediatrics, and mental health. Dr. Or is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hokkien.
