Our general practice services combine a patient-centered approach that include: men’s health, women’s health, children’s health, preventative medicine such as cancer screenings, chronic disease management, immunisations, health checks, and health assessments.
Routine Check-ups
We offer annual physical exams, health screenings, and vaccinations to help monitor your overall health.
Chronic Disease Management
Our GPs specialise in managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, autoimmune diseases, IBS and so on; creating tailored care plans to help you live a healthier, more comfortable life.

Consultation Details
- Short consultations: 5 mins
- Standard consultations: up to 10 mins
- Long consultations: up to 20 mins
- Extended consultations: up to 40 mins
- New patients consultations: 40-60 mins
Waiting Times
Due to emergencies or complex medical cases, waiting times may occur. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, and our reception staff will notify you of unforeseen delays whenever possible. For long wait times, please bring your own book or entertainment, and our children’s playroom is available for child patients.Interpreter Services

- A fee will apply for missed appointments. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.

Additional services
Reminder and recall system
Our Centre is committed to preventative care, and thus you will be automatically enrolled in our reminder/recall system. If you do not wish to be part of this system, please advise one of our reception staff.
Telephone calls
Doctors prefer not to accept phone calls from patients during consulting hours unless the matter is urgent. The reception staff are happy to take a message.
Emergency calls will be dealt with immediately.

After hours healthcare services are provided through GP Connect, Locum Services.

Children's playroom
